Angélica Ruiz Celis

Ms. Ruiz began her professional career in 1999 as an advisor to the Head of the Department of Planning & Budgeting for the Ministry of Public Education. Afterwards she moved to the private sector as a Strategy & Planning Manager within the shoe plastic industry. Before joining Mexssub she worked as a consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, an international consulting firm. She worked in diverse projects across different industries, including Pemex. She also worked within different service lines: Strategy & Transformation, Outsourcing, and Software Implementation prior to accepting a position with Mexssub as Strategy & Planning Manager.
Ms. Ruiz holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from ITAM and a Master of Business Administration from IPADE.
Nigel Thomson
Sales & Marketing Manager
Nigel is currently the Sales and Marketing Manager for Mexssub International, based in Houston. Mr. Thomson is an experienced professional with more than 25 years experience within the onshore and offshore oil & gas sectors.
He has worked for both start-up and established maintenance service companies on a national and international basis introducing innovative subsea and onshore technologies. He has worked in the North Sea, Middle East, South East Asia, Asia Pacific and latterly North & South America. His adaptability to international markets has allowed him to successfully deliver global technologies to local needs.
This extensive experience was gained performing Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Project Management with a high degree of technical knowledge and strong bias on bid preparation and project cost management.
