OFFSHORE RUBBER FENDERS, INC. AND PRODUCCION Y COMERCIALIZACION INDUSTRIAL, S.A. DE C.V (PCI) are the divisions of MEXSSUB GROUP leaders for more than 16 years offering impact protection to Offshore structures owned by the Mexican Petroleum Entity (PEMEX).
To accomplish that, PCI developed and patented fenders that respond better in the highly demanding marine environment and have thus been proven as an economically viable solution. To date, more than 400 PCI fender protection systems have been installed and are still functioning perfectly mainly in the Sonda de Campeche region (Gulf of Mexico).
