To achieve a certified quality system, since 1999 we have been certified to be in conformance with the ISO 9000-2000 Quality Management System.
All our products are fabricated and installed certified by Det Norske Veritas, in accordande to the following regulations:
ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers)
API (American Petroleum Institute)
ANSI (American National Standards Institute)
DNV (Det Norske Veritas)
ISO 9000 (International Organization for Standardization)
To achieve that all our products work under these rules, we have established a Type Approval Certificate for each repair; considering the different specifications for each repair as:
Diameter
Pipeline wall thickness
Operating Temperature
Material
Position (horizontal, vertical, etc.)
Accessories ( 45°, bends 90°, Tees, valves)
Additionally, each product is supported by its:
Certified Materials
Certified Equipment
Certified Personnel
o Ultrasonic Technicians
o Magnetic Particules Techcnicians
o Welders
From what has been stated previously, each product is certified individually, with a unique code provided by Det Norske Veritas.
